Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beat the Queue ("Service"), operated by Beat the Queue ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Beat the Queue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Beat the Queue. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

Beat the Queue uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Beat the Queue account. Notify us immediately at contact@btqapp.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Beat the Queue only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or harms other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content

4. Service Availability

Beat the Queue is currently in early access. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the Service.

5. Park Data Accuracy

Wait times, crowd predictions, and itinerary suggestions provided by Beat the Queue are estimates based on available data. We make no guarantees regarding their accuracy. Always follow official park guidance for safety and operational information. Beat the Queue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park or entertainment company.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within Beat the Queue are owned by or licensed to Beat the Queue. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., visit notes), but grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAT THE QUEUE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAT THE QUEUE AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Beat the Queue and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Beat the Queue at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Beat the Queue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
